Removal of laminate flooring. Notice the moisture that was trapped beneath the flooring.

A toilet supply line cause this 1st floor in Spring Lake, NJ to flood.  Using our moisture meters, we noticed the water wicked up the majority of the walls, requiring we cut out wet drywall and wet insulation.  This photo was taken during mitigation.  Notice how much moisture was trapped beneath the laminate flooring? 

SERVPRO of Howell/Wall was called in to clean up this aftermath.  The owner was thrilled to see how quickly we responded and completed our mitigation/drying efforts.
