Sometimes you don't realize you have a problem until you have a problem. For instance, you might not realize the seal on your windows isn't doing its job until heavy rains point that out to you. That's what happened at this home in Tinton Falls, NJ. The seal on the windows in the first floor den were cracked. Once a rainstorm rolled in, the rain came pouring in through the window getting the wood floor wet. The customer called us in to assess the situation. We pulled up the floor and dried the wet areas of the first floor. The customer was happy and so were we.
