Toilet Overflow - Spring Lake, NJ

SERVPRO of Howell/Wall were called out to a lovely home in Spring Lake, New Jersey to mitigate a water loss caused by an overflowing toilet. The entrance to the home was flooded with sewage. Much of the hallway and bathroom were equally as affected as the entrance. Our technicians arrived on site a Sunday at 10:30pm and began extracting the sewage, before disinfecting and sanitizing the area, and placing various pieces of our drying equipment to completely mitigate the affected rooms. Our customer was very pleased with our prompt response time and how professionally we handled the situation.
