Water loss in Neptune, NJ

SERVPRO of Howell/Wall were called out to a lovely home in Neptune, New Jersey to perform mitigation services for a flooded finished basement that was the result of a faulty wall unit. Upon arrival, our technicians noticed how saturated the carpet was. They proceeded to extract water from the effected carpet before removing the damaged carpet altogether. After which, our technicians placed various pieces of drying equipment in an effort to completely dry the concrete basement floor. Our customer was so thrilled with the prompt and professional emergency services offered by SERVPRO of Howell/Wall. Especially since they were prepared for a much longer mitigation process.
